Sheridan County, Wyoming will receive sealed bids from interested parties for the purchase of 2 county-owned lots in Arvada, Wyoming.  The lots will be sold separately.  MINIMUM BID is set at .65 per square foot; block 1 lot 5 $4,550.00 and block 3 lot 6 $2,275.00.  Sealed bids marked “Arvada Lots” will be received by the Sheridan County Business Office at, 224 S. Main Street, Suite B-2, Sheridan, Wyoming until 3:00 p.m. local time on July 18, 2022.

The County reserves the right to reject any bid, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The successful bidders must remit the purchase price to the County, in cash or certified funds, within 5 days after the opening of the sealed bids. 

  • The lots will be sold “as is.”  A professional survey has been conducted and boundary stakes have been set for each lot.
