Seeking Proposals for a Civic Campus Master Plan

City of Bondurant recently issued the following announcement.

The purpose of this Civic Campus Master Plan process is to hire a consultant to generate a conceptual master plan to assist Bondurant in planning for current civic needs as well as future civic needs as the community continues to grow and evolve in the following decades. The Civic Campus Master Plan area is comprised of approximately 46 acres along Pleasant Street SE as shown in the RFP map exhibits.

An RFP informational session during which interested parties can ask questions will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at City Hall at 200 2nd Street NE, Bondurant, Iowa.
