Street Closures on Thursday, June 17 for the Corporate Challenge

The Buffalo Police Department today reminded Buffalo residents that multiple streets will be closed to vehicular traffic tomorrow evening, Thursday, June 16, for the 2022 JPMorgan Corporate Challenge. 

Here’s a list of the closures: Starting at 5 p.m.: 

• Amherst Street (between Delaware and Colvin avenues) Starting at 6 p.m.: 

• Delaware Avenue (between Amherst Street and Lafayette Avenue) 

• Middlesex Road (between Delaware Avenue and Amherst Street) 

• Nottingham Terrace (between Delaware Avenue and Amherst Street) 

• Meadow Road (between Amherst Street and Nottingham Terrace) 

•All Delaware Avenue interchanges from the Scajaquada Expressway/Route 198 All streets are scheduled to reopen by 8:30pm North Buffalo residents should expect increased in traffic in neighborhoods adjacent to, and near Delaware Park, starting early Thursday afternoon. Commuters and other motorists should anticipate high traffic volume on Route 198, Delaware, Elmwood, Parkside, Hertel and Colvin avenues, traffic volume will be much heavier than usual as Corporate Challenge participants head to Delaware Park.
