Campbell County Health recently issued the following announcement.

Meet Robin Witcher, Office Coordinator for Patient Experience. Patient Experience is the department at Campbell County Health that assists people with questions or concerns about a healthcare experience at the hospital, Campbell County Medical Group clinics, or The Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center. Robin has worked for CCH for three years, but is a relative newcomer to the Patient Experience department, having joined that team only three months ago.

Robin believes that helping others requires empathy, and it was her empathy that inspired her career path. She worked in the hospitality industry for over ten years, and the opportunity to work for CCH in the Walk-in Clinic presented itself when she relocated to Gillette.

Her healthcare heroes are the employees at CCH who “…continue to push through the difficult, exhausting days/nights. The ones who continue to show up every day, knowing the possible strains that may lay ahead, but continue to keep a smile on their face. They may not have much left to give, but they give everything they have left to their patients”.

For Robin, the best feeling is knowing that when someone has come looking for her to help them, and knowing she has made an impact on that person’s life just by doing what she does every day.

“My coworkers are the best,” says Robin. “Knowing I have both professional and personal support from them makes the rough days a lot easier to get through”.

Robin says that Excellence Every Day means to always show pride, compassion, and kindness with every interaction – from patients, to employees, to someone you walk past in the grocery store. To her, Excellence Every Day should not just stop once she exits CCH. She is always representing the organization.

When she’s not at work, Robin enjoys spending time with her family; watching movies, going bowling, or even just lounging around. She says, “As long as I am with them, I am happy!”

Thank you, Robin, for everything you do for patients and their families every day at Campbell County Health. We appreciate you.
