Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office recently issued the following announcement.

The Sheridan Justice Commission Joint Powers Board is accepting applications for an at-large board member.  This is for a three-year term.  The Board is the governing entity for the Sheridan County Justice Office (SCJO).  The SCJO provides services and programs to juveniles and adults involved in the criminal justice system, including supervised probation, compliance monitoring, and substance use treatment programming.  Board applications are found on the Sheridan County website.  Applications and/or questions regarding the position should be directed to Dan Lindly, SCJO Administrator, at dan.lindly@scjo.org or at 674-2935.  Applications are due no later than May 16.
