Advertisement and invitation for Bids

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the furnishing of:

Two (2) new 2024 -1 ton 4wd crew cab long wheelbase pickups 

Will be received by the city of Gillette, Wyoming at the office of the city purchasing division, city warehouse, 800 North Burma avenue, P.O. Box 3003, Gillette, Wyoming 82717 until 2:00 P.M. Thursday the 27th day of July 2023 and then publicly opened and read aloud.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 19th 2023 in the purchasing conference room located at the city warehouse.

Bids must be marked –

Two (2) new 2024 -1 ton 4wd crew cab long wheelbase

The City of Gillette reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or minor defects in the bids, to accept or reject any qualified or conditional bid, and to accept any item or combination of items in bid.
