Washington, DC – Congresswoman Harriet Hageman has announced her first town hall meeting of 2024, which is scheduled to take place on January 22nd in Cheyenne. This will be Hageman's 24th town hall since being sworn into Congress.
"I promised to host a town hall in every county, every year, and I will again make good on that promise just as I did in 2023," Hageman said. "There is a lot to discuss – a border crisis, reckless government spending, the Biden war on our western way of life, and many positive developments coming from both my Natural Resources and Judiciary committee work. We had many wins in 2023, and a few setbacks – I am excited to come home and update Wyomingites on what we have done and the votes I have taken. As always, I welcome ideas and feedback from all our town hall attendees and look forward to answering their questions."
The town hall is scheduled to begin at 7:00pm and will be held at the Laramie County Library – Cottonwood Room, located at 2200 Pioneer Ave in Cheyenne. The event will start with a recap of the latest developments in Congress, followed by a Q&A session with the audience.
Media representatives who plan to attend are requested to RSVP to Chris.Berardi@mail.house.gov and are kindly asked to hold their questions until the press availability period at the end of the event.
