Congresswoman Harriet Hageman has been appointed as the Chairwoman of the Anti-Woke Caucus in the House of Representatives. She will succeed Senator-elect Jim Banks, who has led the caucus with distinction.

Chairman Banks expressed his confidence in Hageman's leadership, stating, “Harriet Hageman has played a critical role in our caucus since day one, and I can think of no one better to lead our members as they work alongside the Trump administration. We are winning the war against wokeness, and Republicans in Congress now have a golden opportunity to defeat it once and for all. I look forward to partnering with the Anti-Woke Caucus as a United States Senator to get the job done.”

The Anti-Woke Caucus aims to address concerns raised by voters during the November 5th elections, where there was significant support for pro-Trump policies. The caucus plans to collaborate with President Trump and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to implement measures that reflect these voter mandates.

Hageman stated her commitment to this cause: “I am proud to assume the role of Chairwoman of the Anti-Woke Caucus and continue our fight against the harmful overreach of left-wing policies,” she said. “Under the Biden-Harris Administration, government, educational institutions, and even corporations bent to the will of extremist leftist ideologies that undermine American principles, common-sense policies and the Constitution itself."

The Anti-Woke Caucus was established by conservatives concerned about "woke" ideologies affecting various U.S. institutions. It seeks to protect American values from perceived left-wing overreach by promoting legislation against critical race theory in schools and corporate DEI initiatives.
